Shipping Details
Products ship in 1 business day or less (not including the day the order was placed). Closeout "Order By Series" frames and “Engrave It” frames ship in 3 business days. Please refer to the color coded shipping map below to determine the additional transit time to your specific shipping zone.
Freight charges are calculated based on your shipping zone as can be found in the map below. Your zone will be selected for you automatically at time of checkout and you will be charged the freight amount listed in the shopping cart, unless otherwise notified
Freight charges for orders shipping to Zone 5, which includes but is not limited to all non-US shipments, P.O., APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and District of Columbia orders will be billed actual freight at time of shipping. Please call Customer Service to request a freight estimate.
